Product Introduction:
1). Power on status: Every time the protection board is powered on again, the battery level display defaults to the locked state. It is necessary to charge and discharge the battery once in order to display the battery level correctly;
2). Charging: When the charger is inserted into the battery, the red light will start to charge. After being fully charged, the red light of the charger will turn off and the green light will remain on;
3). Discharge: The circuit board discharges directly through;
4). Overcharge protection: When the voltage of any cell is greater than or equal to the single cell overcharge protection value, or the total voltage of the cell is greater than or equal to the total voltage overcharge protection value, the protection board will prohibit charging;
5). Overcharge recovery: When the voltage of all battery cells is ≤ the recovery value of single section overcharge protection, the protection board resumes charging;
6). Over discharge protection: When the total voltage of the battery cell is less than or equal to the total voltage over discharge protection value, the chip will stop signal output, causing the host to stop discharging. (Direct discharge of load ineffective);
7). Discharge over temperature protection/recovery: During discharge, when the cell temperature is ≥ the discharge over temperature protection value, the protection board will prohibit discharge.
When the temperature drops to the recovery value of discharge over temperature protection, the discharge returns to normal;
8). Charging over temperature protection/recovery: When charging, when the battery cell temperature is ≥ the charging over temperature protection value, the protection board will prohibit charging, and the red and green LED polling will flash; When the temperature drops to the recovery value of charging over temperature protection , charging returns to normal.

Notes:
After combining the battery pack and this protective board, if there is no voltage output during the initial power on, please activate it with a dedicated charger. If there are still any abnormalities, please contact us.

Precautions for use and assembly:
1) When welding battery leads, be careful not to make mistakes or reverse connections. If a wrong connection is found, the circuit board may have been damaged and needs to be retested before it can be used again.
2) During assembly, the protective plate should not directly contact the surface of the battery cell to avoid damaging it. Assembly should be firm and reliable.
3) Be careful not to touch the components on the circuit board with lead wires, soldering iron, etc. during use, otherwise it may damage the circuit board.
4) During use, attention should be paid to anti-static, moisture-proof, and waterproof measures.
5) Please follow the design parameters and usage conditions during use, and do not exceed the values specified in this specification, otherwise it may damage the protective board.
6) After combining the battery and this protective board, if no voltage output is found during the initial power on, please use a dedicated charger to charge and activate. If there are still abnormalities, please contact us.

It can fill 10 pieces of 18650 power Li-ion batteries, But this is plastic shell, there is no battery inside.

1. PCB Color: Blue, or white, or Green, or Red, etc. any color, PCB color and version number are different according to the actual latest inventory. 

Once you place an order, you agree to the above two terms by default, and you are not allowed to submit disputes for the reasons of "different colors, design changes, wrong version of goods" and so on.

Preparation before assembly:
(1). If a new core is used, please note:
        a. 18650 power lithium battery core must be selected,
        b. A group of 5/10 cores must be equipped with resistance and capacitance to make their voltage the same.
(2). If the old battery is repaired, please test the voltage at both ends of each cell. If the voltage is different, please charge each cell to the same voltage value.

Very important:
Ensure that the voltage of each cell is the same before welding PCB.
